My name is Ava Borione. I started to enjoy photography when my mom bought herself a camera and I started to use it but she didn't mind. Around four years ago my parents bought me my own camera because my mom saw how much I enjoyed photography. Not being in a photography class until this year meant that I was self taught and just taking pictures. Now knowing what I am doing means my pictures have improved. I enjoy photography so much because I capture the beauty of the world that other people miss. I also enjoy layering objects through glass and people not sure what it going on. I believe my photography is based on nature and street. I feel that I am the best at these because they are easier for me to accomplish. For street, I enjoy taking pictures through glass or mirrors and layering the world behind me. Using lighting to change the aspect of the picture helps the audience see how different lighting can change the subject. Also in my work I like to use minimalism to highlight the main point of the photo. Other than taking photos, in  my free time I enjoy to write, sing and dance. I am apart of the Aerial Dance Chicago and choir for school; I absolutely love it.
